Payment plans are available on projects over $500.
Advisory retainer: for larger, scaling builds with advanced automated workflows, clients often choose to continue with an advisory retainer once the project wraps. From $299/month, this gives you an ongoing line of communication to implement upgrades, adjust to platform changes, or get strategic operations support down the road.
The Hub & Spoke Model
Instead of forcing your operations into separate, rigid software applications, I build your business administration using a unified hub & spoke design.
The operations hub: a centralized master spreadsheet, dashboard, or Google Site that serves as your single source of truth. This is where your high-level metrics, final totals, and executive views live.
The operational spokes: the everyday entry and exit points you or your team uses to feed the hub or pull information automatically: Google Forms, calendars, shared document folders, and automated alert notifications.
Every automation is built directly into the Google Workspace tools you already pay for, meaning you maintain complete ownership.
Some highly advanced configurations run best when paired with specific third-party applications. If your custom build benefits from an external add-on, I am entirely transparent about associated licensing fees and will list them in your project proposal.
