Tell me what's going on

Fill this in with as much or as little detail as you have. "It's a mess and I don't know why" is a completely normal starting point.

What happens next

I will review your message and follow up within two business days with a link to book an Untangle It Session if your project is a solid fit. If it's not, I will try to point you elsewhere, if I can.

Not sure how to put it into words? This might sound like:
  • A donor or grant tracker three people update differently, so nobody fully trusts the numbers
  • A volunteer sign-up process that only really lives in someone's inbox
  • A shared Drive with folders named "Final," "Final v2," and "Use This One"
  • A client onboarding process that changes slightly every time because it's never been written down
  • A booking calendar that doesn't talk to your invoicing, so you're doing the math twice
  • A stack of program enrollment paperwork with no way to tell what's missing until it's too late

A sentence or two — the messier the better, I'll help make sense of it.

Even "nothing yet" is a useful answer.

What would you be doing, or not doing, day to day that you can't right now?

What's changed, or what's making this matter more than it used to?

Time, know-how, or something else — no wrong answer.

Excel, a specific app, paper, email chains — whatever you're working with now.

Just you, or does this touch other people on your team too? A role is fine, no need for an exact headcount.

One note before you submit: if we move to an Untangle It Session, please have the actual tool, spreadsheet, or system pulled up and ready to share your screen, and make sure whoever's actually dealing with the problem day to day is on the call, not just whoever's booking the call. Walking through it live, with the right people there, is the fastest way for me to spot what's really going on.
