A closer look at what I've built, and what clients have said

Real projects, real constraints, and real feedback from people I've worked with.

Nadia did a great job coaching me through the processes in my head so that she could put them on paper. I would recommend her to anyone who is an expert in their business but has no clue where or how to begin documenting the back end for better efficiency.

My business was about 18 months old when I started working with Nadia, and undergoing rapid growth. With a combination of coaching, demonstrations, and doing for me, my CRM processes got much more efficient. Over the month of our working together my income doubled, and more importantly I felt more calm, confident, and in control than ever before.

Nadia has translated real organizational chaos into working systems under real resource constraints, not in the abstract. She treats a due date as a fixed point, not a target — grant reports and compliance materials have never been the source of a scramble on my end. She sees an inefficiency and builds a lasting system to fix it, rather than solving it once and moving on.

Ready2Earn Youth Program — Urban Business Development Center

Designing the full stipend, incentive, and compliance system behind a six-week youth employment program.

+

The situation

Urban Business Development Center runs Ready2Earn, a six-week summer employment and college-readiness program for participants ages 14–18, organized across five program teams. The program needed a way to track daily attendance stipends, milestone incentives, and engagement bonuses for every participant, plus a way to keep the required paperwork — medical releases, behavioral contracts, and tax forms — organized and audit-ready.

What I built

  • An Excel-based incentive and stipend tracker with formulas that automatically calculated earnings as coaches submitted their weekly data — covering daily attendance stipends, milestone incentives, and engagement bonuses, with up to $1,475 in potential earnings per participant.
  • A Google Form-based coach survey so coaches could submit weekly completion data per participant, which fed directly into each team's individual tracker — built and maintained across all five teams.
  • A documentation tracker acting as the central hub for monitoring required paperwork, with written procedures for verifying signatures, dates, and consent before anything was filed.
  • A standardized file naming and migration process moving completed records into long-term storage, plus training for staff on how to use the tracker day to day.

The result

A six-week program spanning five teams and a full compliance paper trail ran on one connected system, sized to exactly what the program needed — not an off-the-shelf tool that would have needed its own learning curve.

Members Hub — Nourish Wellness Center

A self-serve hub for a co-working and wellness space's members and the practitioners renting space inside it.

+

The situation

Nourish Wellness Center, a co-working and wellness space, needed one place where members and the independent practitioners renting rooms in the space could find what they needed — without a developer or ongoing technical support to run it. The alternative would have meant paying for multiple separate systems: something like MindBody for member service bookings, plus a separate system for vendors to manage their own services and appointments.

What I built

  • A Member Portal covering check-in and check-out, space reservations, a member directory, event creation and browsing, and a way to share event feedback.
  • A separate Vendor Portal for practitioners renting rooms — letting them share their services, reserve a room, and appear in a vendor directory.
  • An Ambassador program layer, with its own application and agreement process.
  • The whole hub built on Google Sites and connected Google tools already included in the center's Google Workspace business plan — instead of separate subscriptions for member booking and vendor management.

The result

One self-serve hub replaced what would otherwise have been scattered email threads, sign-up sheets, and multiple paid booking tools — giving both members and outside practitioners a single place to manage their own part of the business, while the center paid one flat fee each month instead of stacking separate subscriptions.
